  9. A: 155 went for 170 failed B: 46 sec PR (previous 1:14) unbroken. C: emom for 6 minutes muscle up with 10 pound weighted vest 2,2,2,2,3,4. D: 33 cal, 39 cal had 15 sec left ran out of time cuz the 1 pm class
