    3. I think I fuck up on the time, I did 1 minute rest in between sets, so my time was 18:05 an added 4 minutes rest to my time lol

    B. Total like 29:55? 1:00, 2:01, 3:07, 4:19, 8:41
    C. 4 rounds each. I had plenty of time to start another round, but I didn't want to go thru the snatches again. My wrist/carpal tunnel was aggravated.

    B. 50, 1:44, 2:38, 3:38, 7:24(4 or 5 seconds off 2k PR. Huge success in my eyes).

    C. 6+1, 4, 5+1. Suicide pace at its best. Second round felt similar to torture
