A- have never tried heavy hang snatch before. Started at 90 and worked up by 5. Ended up hitting 125 for a snatch PR of 5. It wasn't pretty, at all, but I'll take it. B- back is tender so did 2 sets, rest 8 min in between: row 250, 25 thrusters @ 70, row 250. 4:02 (18/7), 4:00 (19/6). Legs feel so shot.
