    Today 3 muscle ups. OHS still a major weakness. Burpees almost 2 min faster.

    B- done but ranged 16 seconds over PR pace

    Came in today totally and utterly exhausted. Very excited for rest day tomorrow!

    New. Burpees (3:02) OHS (8:03 with no bs reps) mu (5,3,1,1). 3 burpees.
