  9. Missed part A. I was coaching and got to the gym late.
    B. 17. I haven't put that much weight over my head in a long time, let alone in a workout. So, I was happy about that.
    C. 4:10 (4), 3:54 (4), 4:05 (4)
    Wall balls at 20 pounds were a disaster. Definitely was not unbroken, but I did them.
