B. Push Press - 8 x 2 @ 50% Bar Weight + Hanging Chains 20-30# Per Side
rest 30 seconds between sets

    B) 65 w/ 20 chain each side
    C) onto 45 plate, 27, 25, 25, 24, 24, 23, 23 (total 172). Did same amount of DUs after each round.

    A/B did not feel good on the lumbaaa. Fun times at 7pm tonight!
