ReplyDelete-I hit 115 (PR from the ground), but lost balance and did not OHS for 3.
B. I subbed squat cleans for the c&j. I got through the round of 15 cleans.
C. 500 m rows: 1:56, 1:57, 1:57
A. 135. Smooth. 155. All hell broke loose.
