Sorry Guys I won't be here again tomorrow, I'm away for the final time before the open.  Meet in Pelham at 11am.  Also, Part B should be done in heats, make sure you have a judge.

  2. A. 1 snatch, 3 OHS: 110
    -I hit 115 (PR from the ground), but lost balance and did not OHS for 3.

    B. I subbed squat cleans for the c&j. I got through the round of 15 cleans.

    C. 500 m rows: 1:56, 1:57, 1:57
