  1. Retested Fran tonight. Felt absolutely awful going into it (murdered 8 people at work and still at the end of my cold) but was able to pull out a 3:05 with the help of everyone cheering. My thrusters felt so, so weak and even my pullups not that strong so next time we test I'm racing for that under 3 mark! I would like to not test again for another year though. Previous PR 3:47.

    1st rx Fran. Weird, right? I think I can get it down to 2:35ish if I move faster on the thrusters
