Not going to lie, I wanted to quit around 5th round but having someone there (Monica) kept me pushing through. It is very mental. Especially at the point I started feeling numbness in my limbs :)
All that said, was a great change to be out running. Quads were shot at end.

Wowzers! Wasn't that a nice wake up
call. I hate running so nothing would of made this enjoyable. It is a must to run with someone. It really helped having Meg push me through those last laps. Have fun folks!!

*very happy with my effort, the results--especially the consistency. I didn't think I'd be able to go on, but with some encouragement from Alex and realizing it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be, I toughed it out.*

This was mind over anything else after round 4.
The longer break mentally got to me.
I have to say Melissa, Wendy, and Dom got me through this completely. Hearing Wendy yell and trying to keep up with Melissa motivated me to keep moving!!!

Felt pretty good for the most part. On the last interval I tried to keep up with Jordan but my legs wouldn't let me. Overall pretty happy about the consistency.

-Loved running outside on the track today. It was fun doing this with Wendy, LD and my speedy husband.

    - I was happy with the consistency. I wish I pushed a little harder on the last 400. I probably should have been a little more mobile during the 10 minute break to stay loose for the last 4 sets.

This one wasn't fun. I hate running and I really tightened up during that 10 minute rest. Made it through though and I'm happy it's over

Degenerated from a sprint to a jog after the 1st two. Only the last one felt strong after that.

Really enjoyed today even though I'm not a great runner. Hope we do more because with all the rows I definitely found where I am comfortable, where I can push ect. And I know I need a lot of work on my running.

  21. So I'm pretty sure people on the track thought I was either dying or orgasming after each round as I twisted and moaned on the ground. Even so, it was a nice break from the row. For those looking for a PM track, I got to the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center at 9:45pm and the lights stayed on the entire time.

  22. This was just awful. I will say that it was a really nice change of pace to be on the track and it was a beautiful day to be outside. However, This was still gross. I was dazed and extremely exhausted for hours after until I just went to bed. I am pretty happy with my consistency and the second round of four actually felt better than the first. Laps 3 & 4 I was sporting a horrible cramp in my right side that wouldn't go away until after the 10 min break. I'm not sure what brings those on?
