    B. Worked really light with power snatches (I'm getting x-rays on Saturday for my back and my doctor said to keep things really light with these kind of movements until then)
    C. Exactly 4 rounds with banded pull-ups

    Also ended things with light weight 2x300m sandbag carry @60#, 4:00 sandbag hold @60#, and some drills with the prowler sled thingie (That was a lot of fun to work with!).
