Postural Endurance Test
EMOM x 10
L1, L2, L3 - Wall Ball Shots 20/14 *judge eachother*

Level 1 - 10-12 reps per minute
Level 2 - 15 reps per minute
Level 3 - 16-20 reps per minute
*pick a number and stay consistent - 20 per minute is the ideal number*
*compare to 4.21.16*

*start at dumpster then 9 laps around (going right out of driveway) back through to the dumpser*

    All 20 but 1 round
    *the back has been tweaked and was tightening a whole lot so did less round 8 to give myself some extra time

    RUN:
    Only 6 laps time 14:21
    At that pace would've beat my previous time

    Back up hills was tightening too much had to stop :(

    8 @ 16, last 2 @ 20 (compared to 13 ea. round on 4.21)

    5k: 24:30 (actually went the right way this time) literally the same exact time... 24:30 on 4.23 (but went to the left out the parking lot)

    8 @ 13, last 2 @ 15 (compared to 10 ea. round on 4.21)

    5k: 24:30 - tailed Mary and her long legs the whole way. Last time must have done an extra lap because comparison was 32 minutes... yay 8 minute PR haha

  4. A. 9 x 18 ; 1 x 20 (compared to 9 x 16 ; 1 x 20)
    B. 19:44 (4 seconds slower)

    Really pleased with this - posterior chain felt stronger overall during the run. The 18 wall balls felt solid as well - challenging but able to handle it
