  2. A) 135 (went straight to 145 and failed twice - was not feeling it today - 140 is PR)
    B) Strict pull up with 18# KB + 5# chain = 23# (compare to 25# weighted kipping pull up)

    B. Worked to a Blue Band. Failed on the red, but I'm right there.
    C. 3+12 (3 rep PR. My back slowed me down; I think I can break 4 rounds when I'm better.)
