B. Push Press - 6, 6, 6, 6 rest 2 minutes (pause 2 seconds OH on each rep)
C1. Banded Lateral Walk x 15 steps/direction rest 1 minute
C2. Chest Supported Rear Delt Fly x 12 reps rest 1 minute x 4 sets
