  1. A)185x3, 205x2, 225x1, 215x3 (elbow was barely turning over on the catch, lowered the weight and focused on driving through)
    B)lower back was tender so did:
    10 min AMRAP: ascending ladder of squat clean (1,2,3..) at 135 + 20 UB double Unders
    C)1:45.6, 1:46.3, 1:46.8, 1:46.7
    Doing this workout at 7am was rough, haven't worked out this early since high school ( so basically last year)
