  1. We are no bueno tomorrow. Have Silverman coming in to do a functional movement seminar from 2-3. If anyone wants to come down we are doing at 11. And if anyone from here need to do afternoon they will come to WP.

  3. Worked up to 175 for a snatch complex (pause at the knee, high pull, hi hang snatch, snatch balance).

  7. Did light snatch work - a few touch and go sets at 105.

    WOD - 29:32.

    This was my 2nd time working out this week. I've had a nasty stomach virus and my goal was just to move consistently throughout. Picked it up a little with the burpees.

  9. Finish the last part of the row at 23:00 an finish at 29:04 burpees crush me need to work on those especially jumping to the highest pull-up at cfw
