So off today it was comical. Snatch - having issues with my pull and catch (so the whole thing)
Rounds were from 7:42-9:30 Started giving myself 3 min to get as many muscle ups as I could....that was none, so I switched to chest to bar. I forgot how to do double unders in the first round, which was cute. And not an excuse but I made a poor choice in pants when I woke up this morning and they literally fell to my ankles more than once. In other news, KBS and row felt GREAT.

Boy have I missed you guys! I completely understand the importance of wearing some good, tight fittin pants for working out. Letting your pants hit the ground before picking them up shows how dedicated you were to getting those du's in! Sometimes your ass needs to breath a little during a wod.
A. 115, 125, 130 (couple drop at 85% & 90% made some adjustments in my stance) Mikey killed his 90% snatches. B. 6:29, 6:31, 6:30, 6:53 (did 10 ctb & 10 ring dips. Did prolly close to 40 mu attempts before the wod and got a whopping 1).
A: Oly class- first time snatching in a few weeks so stayed lighter with barbell cycling @ 85lbs and C+J @ 105lbs B: 7:00 (ring MUs), 6:46 (bar MUs), 6:45 (bar MUs)
A: 180, 190, 200 felt awesome so I was feeling gd an PR my snatch at 215 fuck yea that felt amazing I was gonna go more but my cfw teammates told me not to, but I had more in me I could deffaintly gotten 220 or 225. B:6:12, 7:00, 8:10, 8:20, DUs suck but I felt like my last set was better cuz I was watching Steven doing his DUs an I was trying to amitate what he was do an workout better, I felt like when I was doing my DUs I was jumping way to high an using my arms an shoulders instead of just using my wrist, so that being said shoulders were tired an made the muscle up harder but great workout over all
