    (After the first set, the second 500m row for the next two were awful. Both took longer than 2 minutes. Doesn't look like I'm improving)

    I'm not the healthiest eater/drinker, and these past three weeks have been exceptionally bad. I feel it in my workouts and my recovery (or lack thereof). After vacation I really need to clean things up. I wish I were with food as competitive as I am with working out!!!

  7. A: 165 no misses felt easy love snatch Mondays B: first set 6:23 but my te should of been faster cuz we when in 2 heats an we should of put out more rowers but its w/e, 7:03, 7:34, my thruster an t2b needs to get better, just got to work extra hard on them
