    Length of time I took on breaks was outrageous and felt pretty sluggish on MUs (failed 4). Body is excited for rest day tomorrow!

    25min and change. Did muscle up singles. Got through them all and failed about 38472 with two to go and called it quits. Very frustrating to be so close and not finish but also glad to continue to make muscle up practice.

    PS. Sorry Marcus for kicking your foam roller across the gym in frustration.
