    During the 3rd round, took a sip of water and for some reason it went down the "wrong pipe". While I was fighting drowning I lost a minute of time due to me trying to recouperate. Wouldve finished around 13 minutes

    18:51. Push jerks were a mess, such a wiggly lower back. Went 6/3, 6/3, 5/2/2, 4/3/2. Definitely need to work those more.

    B: Shoulders again. Couldn't do the jerks. It's the explosive overhead movements that hurt (jerks and HSPU). Going to ice them the next few days.
