  1. A) 115, 130, 140, 155, 165, 175, 190, 200, 210, 210 (missed 210 twice, got it on the third attempt. Worried too much about getting it right when the minute started)
    B) 155, 170, 185, 200, 215, 230, 245, 260, 260, 260 (no misses)
    C) 220 (crazy lower back and knee pain)

  2. A: Went up to 70% and did the remainder at 70%
    B: 145, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 225.
    C: 175

    I felt really good tonight. My C&Js were the smoothest they've been in awhile. Hopefully it'll flow into tomorrow.
