  1. Can't make Thurs comp so did 1st part of Wed class wod. Hit 315 front squat, 10lb pr. Didn't do 100 WB after 120 on Wed.

    -Felt pretty good today. I was able to stay pretty consistent with my times each round.
    -Will do accessory work later on today.

    Did some muscle up work then accessory work:
    Pull up: 8, 8, 8
    Push up: 45, 28, 27 (chest did hit the ground and i rested in plank for a few seconds each set, not sure if either of those are allowed)
    Barbell Row: all at 65lbs

  4. Had a real rough day and almost skipped coming, but glad I did and let it all out. Feel so much better.

    Started out a bit stiff and tripped up a few times on DUs so OK with this time. As Craig can back this up I tend to save my 100% balls out until the end is in site (aka the last round of something or in competitions)... I need to learn how to go 100% earlier.

    Did 3x max MUs BC I have really felt like I've lost them. Got 6-3-4. Before the last set Steven gave me some awesome tips and I felt so much more controlled. Looking forward to trying my max again with these and hopefully heat my previous PR.

  5. First day back since Milford! Needed a few days off. Only got through part 1 too...and was SLOW as shit. Oh well!
