I couldn't do a fuckin burpee. Definitely rowed to late in the day. Not enough recovery time for the all out assault on our hearts and minds Chris threw at us today. Bravo coach.

*this was fun, great to be back in a regular class; disappointed that I fell apart quickly after Round 3, but those 3 movements are designed to suck the air & life force right out of you and it certainly worked on me*
This was way too Kalsu-like for me. I was dying. My times got steadily worse but I was at least able to do the first 5 sets of thrusters unbroken then broke the last two sets once. My burpees were soooo slow, just couldn't pick myself up ugh

That was awful and wonderful all at the same time. I need an additional lung! I really stink at anything cardio and anything requires breathing. Really looking forward to improving in this area.
