    Squat clean: 165# , got under 170# twice but couldn't stand up! (Old PR 155)

    During - no new pr
    Test: 200
    -Wasn't feeling a PR coming into this - just wanted to hit 200, failed at 215, but that's alright.

    B. 'Fran" - Old PR: 4:46? Somewhere around that time.
    New PR: 4:02

    Fran: 4:21 old pr: 4:42.
    First time doing it 100% unbroken. Happy about this but more happy that as I write this about 10min after finishing. I am not writhing on the ground like a fish and even put all the weights away. That I think is a bigger sign of increased fitness than the PR time.

    I can get under 150 without any trouble whatsoever, just can't stand, egh. Gunna continue a squat program into phase 2... It will come just hard being so patient for it!

    Did a set of 30 pull ups and started to hack so am going to wait to do Fran one day this week.

    185 felt really good and couldn't get under 190 grr
    Fran - old was 5:30ish new 4:17. Thrusters unbroken and just need to work on not losing my butterfly.

    Really pumped with my progress. Strength has come a long way and now I need the technique to match.

    -Caught 165 in the bottom several times, I am just not getting my elbows through. I really need to work on my technique…I am happy with the PR, but I know I have a lot more in me.

    Fran:
    Prior: 6:45
    Test: 4:21
    -Thrusters felt great, they were all unbroken. The pull ups need work. I did some butterflies, some kipping….I just need to keep working on my proficiency with my butterflies.

  10. Clean: before = 255, today = 245
    Fran: before = 3:20ish, today =2:52
    Havent done fran in like 3 years so although the ~30sec PR was nice, it was cool to see just how much more motor ive gotten over that time span. Was able to perform without dying from "fran lung" afterward

  12. Clean old pr 265, did 255 legs were shot I know I could do more. Fran old pr 2:54 new 2:42 I'm happy I pr but I didn't do it unbroken, if I did it unbroken I probably could of gotten like 15 second faster but happy that I beat my score
