  1. Remember we haven't hit any deadlifts so I wouldn't be surprised with a drop off here

  2. Snatch: I have no comment
    Dead lift: old 1RM 265 PR: 270
Pull-ups: hands haven't healed from last weeks massacre so I tried to strong them but ended up chipping away 1 or 2 at a time... Rips and the earlier frustration played a part mentally for me, but I did them!

  3. snatch- matched my old PR-- 100. was super ugly though. Back is still very tight from DL's 10 days ago.

DL- yeah, not a good day for me. picked up 225 (fine), then attempted 245 but felt my back immediately so I let it go. Prior PR was 270.

Pull ups- used this as practice on butterflies. did all 100 as butterflies and even strung a few in 10s. 8:28.

  16. A. Snatch:
Prior: full snatch-90, ugly power snatch-100
Today: 100 on a hang squat snatch. The hang just felt much better and I was so much quicker under the bar with it. Again, haven't gone too heavy all cycle cuz of my wrist so I was ok with this.
    B. Deadlift
Prior: 285-stuck at this for about a year
    Today: 300- finally!
    C. Pull-ups
    Prior: n/a (I think)
Today: 9:30. I seriously didn't know what to expect with these. Started with quick sets of 5, then quickish sets of 5, then I was just tired and was doing some sets of three for a while.

  18. Snatch - 105 same PR from floor; hit 115 from a hang last week.
Deadlift - 0 was not feeling it after all the snatching. I tweeked my back a bit.
Pullups - 13:03 butterflied first 50 and then with sets of 3 kipping, started getting blisters so slowed down a bit, didn't want to rip.
