NO 7am training session today - I want everyone in class

Session 1: (CFW Class conditioning ONLY)
5 rounds:
10 Power Cleans 135/95
50 Double Unders

*hit the above at 100%*

Session 2: BOTB Team Training (optional)

    Should've def been able to hit sub 8, was exhausted after work. Did the cleans in sets of 5 and tripped up in the doubles in round 4 + 5. Fun one

    Session 2:
    A) Worked to 85% 1RM clean = 135 and hit it a few times
    B) Partner workout with Kate - got through 34 of the 50 Bar Facing Burpees
    C) 4 min AMRAP Thrusters with 20 DU on the top of each minute = 50 Thrusters
