Session 2: A) Worked to 85% 1RM clean = 135 and hit it a few times B) Partner workout with Kate - got through 34 of the 50 Bar Facing Burpees C) 4 min AMRAP Thrusters with 20 DU on the top of each minute = 50 Thrusters

ReplyDeleteShould've def been able to hit sub 8, was exhausted after work. Did the cleans in sets of 5 and tripped up in the doubles in round 4 + 5. Fun one
Did fat Fran ladder for BOTE with emkey24. 169 reps.
