    Jabroni day - threw up after 5th round. Felt ok when I got off the bike, and literally 2 seconds later felt something come up and done deal.

    *what is it with me and the second-to-last round? This was 100% effort (except maybe Round 5, I guess--felt like it, though). I started rowing at a 1:24/500m pace, ended at about a 1:33/500m pace. I started biking at about 85rpms, ended at about 77rpms. My legs were burning so much after the final round that I couldn't stand for several minutes--which rarely happens to me.*
