I started biking at about 85rpms, ended at about 77rpms. My legs were burning so much after the final round that I couldn't stand for several minutes--which rarely happens to me.*

Jabroni day - threw up after 5th round. Felt ok when I got off the bike, and literally 2 seconds later felt something come up and done deal.
In Pelham we did 250 row and 15 AD cals.
