    This was much harder than anticipated. Def needed to have a game plan- came up with it 2 min in :)
    HSPU: unbroken
    Pistols: unbroken
    Deadlifts: 3x5
    HPC: 2x4, 1x3, 1x1>right into Push Jerks unbroken

    7 handstand pushups [sub: linked red bands hanging from the rig]
    12 alternating pistols [sub: to 45lb plate+med ball]
    15 deadlifts @ 135 lbs
    12 hang cleans @ 135 lbs
    7 push jerks @ 135 lbs

    Result: DNF - 4 rounds

    *HSPUs and pistols slowed me down a lot; moved well through the deadlifts and the push jerks, but the squats on the cleans were tough--but managed to move pretty well--doing 3's the whole way*

  4. Guys this was completely my bad - I posted this when drunk. I intended for this to be like "DT" hence hang power cleans but I did not specify and for that reason Mike was correct in assuming these were to be squats. I'll have to make sure I specify the "power" next time

  5. 3rd plus 1 deadlift.

    HSPU: unbroken
    Pistols: SAM. Was taking forever.
    Deadlifts: steady. Unbroken 1st rd
    HSC: 3-3-3-2-1 every rd N ot as tough as I thought goin in. Still took awhile but prob could done fewer sets
    PP: unbroken

    Overall tough work with the squat cleans. May have made a difference in time to HPC but in the end enjoyed the workout.

  6. I did hang squat cleans and it was horrendous. I'm actually very glad I did it wrong because I sucked so bad.

    Got through 3 full rounds plus everything but 2 cleans and the jerks in the 4th. Woof.

    Tried to keep up with the boys for the first round, was a complete mess the second round taking wayyyy too long of breaks and no rep scheme, then finally got into a good groove and rep scheme for rounds three through five. Idk how ya'll did squat cleans.

    Did hang power cleans. 1st 2 rounds HSPU unbroken. Then had to break them up into sets of 3-2-2. Don't know what's going on with my HSPU. Need to figure out that ish.

    Smooth on everything else.

  9. Well wish I knew it was power cleans lol
    But I'm glad I did squat cleans they felt good and I really pushed myself with these today!!

    Got through 3 rounds plus 38.

    For once felt great on hang cleans, did sets of 2 with no more than 5 seconds in between the rep chrome workd well.
    Push jerk did 2 after my last clean than the other 5.
    Deadlifs all unbroken.

    HSPU to one ab mat- last ab may had to add thin plate for last 4 reps.
    This was hardest part for me.

    Pistols on right leg great, left leg not so much!

    Got in my head a bit – weight felt heavy for me but was happy about going unbroken in push jerks and hspu for the most part - only broke them once in the end of the 4th rd/beginning of 5th as I lost balance. The hang cleans were the worst – started doing singles in the 4th round as my forearm and wrist started bothering me. Also need to work on my pistols...right leg is worse than the left. Loved this workout.

    Goal was E3MOM 1 round. was able to stick to this until last round.
    HSPU UB,UB,UB,UB, 5,2 all strict
    pistols UB
    DL- did 6-10 immediately after pistols then rested and did whatever was left to 14. then 1 into cleans
    Cleans- 8-10, then remainder to Jerks.
    Jerks- UB al sets

    the cleans were the hardest part for me
