  3. 6:58 *tried to hold a 1:40 pace, but the scope of this workout quickly became clear, so I settled in at about 1:45*
7:15 *big fall off to a 1:49 pace*
7:24 *this felt the worst, really struggled to hold a 1:51 pace*
7:35 *was exhausted, but fell into a nice groove (stopped fighting myself)–started to push hard from 300m to 200m left, which was too soon, so I waited til 100m left and finished strong*

*this was humbling, wanted to be more consistent, but I learned a lot about myself*

  4. Row 2k every 11m for 44m
    1- 8:18
    2- 8:25
    3- 8:32
4- 8:27 (Went all out on the last 100m - brought it down to 1:40 pace)

This felt like my smoothest row in terms of staying consistent, despite it feeling pretty bad. Stayed consistent between 2:05-2:10.

I wasted 5-10 seconds on the second row when I convinced myself I finished, but still actually had another 100m...oops :( Wishful thinking I guess

Rd 1 I dry heaved after. Maybe a bit too fast in the last 750 or so

Rd 3 was the most challenging but the 8:19 in rd 4 I feel is the biggest accomplishment. I was so slow in the first 1k and wanted to get off and stop. Last 1k was at about 3:40 cuz I knew I was done. Just had to push.

This was mentally draining for me. I was very nervous going into this and during row 1 I was doubting whether or not I would be able to finish. My breathing was fine throughout but I felt a ton of burn in my quads from the beginning which I think was my major downfall. I honestly would not have been able to complete this without Dana, Craig, and Kate there with me.

Though I'm disappointed with my numbers I know I have to keep working harder and become mentally stronger to push through these.
