    Emom: assault bike getting eaiser to endure

    Pull-ups: only 5-6 in a round.
    I could only string together 3... Ugh
    Must strong more together. Please help!!!!

  2. A. BS = all 5 sets at 125lbs
    B. Snatch = 2@ 75 lbs, 6 @ 85 lbs (working on trying to catch lower)
    C. C&J = all 8 at 95 lbs (working on form, jerk felt good, legs a little tired)
    D. EMOM 12 = 30 sec A.B.; 30 sec PUs (first two sets I started with butterfly, then had trouble keeping rhythm and switched to kipping- was getting around 10-12 per set when kipping)

    Back squats are still tough but i think, think my legs mayyy be starting to get stronger! Minus the rip, it was fun doing pull ups again!

    B: All at 145lbs, ended with one at 185lbs
    C: Hit Adams apple/neck on 4th rep and started having trouble breathing and moving my neck. Stopped after 7 reps at 215lbs
    D: Neck started hurting after 3rd round so stopped there.

    -Butterflies: A work in progress. Getting better. Still need to work on opening up my hip and not being such a spaz. Got about 10-15 per round.

    Snatch: 135×5, 115×3 to work on form...feel like snatch is getting worse
    C&J: 165×4, 175, 185, 195, 225 (from pads)
    4 cals-15 pullups, 4-15, 4-12 (x4)...still tentative on high rep pullups with shoulder

    C&J 165x3, 155x5 read programming wrong and was too high, switched when realised.
