A: 275, 285, 305, 315, 335 B: All at 145lbs, ended with one at 185lbs C: Hit Adams apple/neck on 4th rep and started having trouble breathing and moving my neck. Stopped after 7 reps at 215lbs D: Neck started hurting after 3rd round so stopped there.

Back squats are still tough but i think, think my legs mayyy be starting to get stronger! Minus the rip, it was fun doing pull ups again!
