    Bike - 10, 10, 7, 7 - will re-do next week. I can do better. Gotta work on the mental toughness :)

  4. Warm up- 30 band pull aparts, 2 rounds (15 push press dbl kettle bells#35, 15 abmat sit ups, 15 burpees to 6" target)
    A. 135x1, 185x2, 205x2
    B. 7 rnds UB, rnds 8-10 dropped after S2O and finished cleans
    C. bike- 15 cals under 27secs each min
