B. 30 Muscle Ups (100 Pull-Ups)
*12 minute cap for the above, protect your MOFO hands*

    A. Missed 6 snatches. Didn't hit anything above 135

    B. Wasn't feeling the muscle ups so I did 83 strict pull ups in the 12m cap.
