  1. 3 + 15 (+13 reps than last time. I definitely would've at least got into round 4, but I wrenched my back on the deadlift yesterday and I really felt it about minute 9 and it slowed me way down.)

    Was unable to complete this last time due to bronchitis - did 2 rounds in 9 and change. Compared to 8 and change for today
