  7. Did some stuff from yesterday for today. A: Back squats- 245, 280, 10@ 315. B1: 105, 120, 7@ 135- pull-ups 10,5. 5,5,5. 5,5,5. C: power clean cluster at 210 and strict hspu all 15 UB 3 sets. D: pressing snatch balance 75,85,95,115,115 had no time to do the rest
