    B. @45. I went super light because my knee is really bothering me during squatting.
    C. Stopped after 1 rep because of my knee.
    D. Did 30 jumps to 30" of pads to see how my knee felt on impact. The jumps did not hurt at all, so I then did the depth box jumps from 20" box to 30" of pads.
