  1. Instead of run I did 1 mile assault bike 4:14,all unbroken 4:12, t2b 11-4. 4:11, t2b10-5. 4:28, t2b 9-3-3 4:06 t2b 5,5,5. PR my hand stand walk at 44 feet ( 12foot pr) and did some MU for fun
