  3. A. Box squats 5x5 125, 135, 145, 155,165. They all felt like a million pounds.
    B. The goal was to hit 125 but I was struggling with 115. I had no mental push today, so I stopped in the middle of this.
    C. Skipped.
    D. 2:10, 2:05, 2:03, 2:05, 2:07, 2:08, 2:08, 2:07. Happy with this.
