20 minutes @ Z1 (light effort)
Select Bike or Row (whichever you're worse at)
hop off every 4 minutes and perform 4-5 strict hspu/ring dips/pull-ups
*running clock & select your weakest movement*

20 minutes of mobility

  1. Did class wod with fernanda and got 23+ mins (learned the hard way why we need rest)

    Rowed 20 mins at a 2:30 pace and did 5 reps of each movement at each 4:00 min mark
