20 minutes @ Z1 (light effort)
Select Bike or Row (whichever you're worse at)
hop off every 4 minutes and perform 4-5 strict hspu/ring dips/pull-ups
*running clock & select your weakest movement*

20 minutes of mobility

  1. Rowed, did 5 strict hspu to 2 an mats every 4 min and my head actually touched the mat! Yay!!!

  2. 20 mins on rower. Did some Turkish get ups, kb overhead walking lunges, light OHS, back extensions, glute ham raises.
