  2. A. 7:05 PR! Old PR was 7:23. Hige for me. The 500s test you've been running has clearly worked. I was comfortable at a 1:40-1:45 pace the whole way when I am used to hitting a 1:30 500 twice a week.
    B. This was fun. Havnt done muscle ups or squat cleans (or squats in some time.
    MU. 11, 4. All real muscle up. No ups rise.
    Cleans. Hit all except the 265. Happy with that considering. Failed the 265 at 3:30.
