*cannot partition the reps - all 100 pull-ups first and so on*

  3. 42 flat. Rx 20# vest no partition.
    Mile 1. 6:46
    Mile 2. 7:37
    Ran about two more after with members.
    Last year did it no vest no partition and did 48:00.
    Huge improvement.
