  1. A) Was having a lot of glute/lower back pain so didn't snatch. Instead I worked up to a heavy snatch grip push press (215)
    B)Then did EMOMx10 of 1 snatch grip PP 175, finished with a max rep at the last minute (175x7)

    D2) 5lb ankle weights I think x10
