  1. Did the wod at 6am since I can't make it tonight. Time probably would have been better spent recovering (aka sleeping) as this was certainly not the best performance when it should have been since it was mostly gymnastics based!

    On a positive note, I did the first and third set of HSPUs unbroken which is good for me as that and MUs are my weakest gymnastics movements. I also liked that this wod had us work TNG snatches - havent done them in a while and towards the last round they started to click.

  3. Snatch - having technique issues 100 felt great, 110 not so much. Scaled down weight to actually hit some

    All rounds between 12:30-15min. Did muscle ups, went 5 for 5 in first two rounds doing singles and then the wheels came off and only got 2 and 1 in the second half. But still the most muscle ups I've done in a workout.

  6. Snatches were REALLY good tonight.

    9:45, 9:15, 8:45, ran out of time

    Didn't have time to warm up and it showed in my first 2 rounds. Morning workouts are not good for me.

  8. Did Snatch work with Craig. Worked up to 165. Also felt pretty good.

    6:41, 8:08, 8:46, 8:44.
    Kept row between 1:45 and 1:58 pace, t2b sets of 5, all HSPU I did 10 and 5, Snatch singles. It didn't feel right tap and go. Although I wanted to, I didn't want to sacrifice form so I did quick singles. Muscle ups .. 5, then 3+2, 2+2+1, and 2+ singles.

    My snatches also felt REALLY good tonight
    B. modified the workout a little. Did 15 wall balls in place of the HSPU, did 10 c2b and 10 pistols instead of the MU

    -c2b need to get better. Was doing them in sets of 3's and 2's.
