  1. A. 125- My back felt super tight from yesterday on these. Last week I did 125 for 3. I was putting up 135 in the summer and my max is 140. Needless to say this is not very indicative of what I can actually do.

    B. Back felt really tight on the KB swings….I broke them up way too much. Felt really slow in general today.

  2. A. 205. Couldn't get 215 up. I've never done a push press PR before so I've always used percentages based off 225. However, I've done sets at 205 before so I think it should be higher.

    B. Round 1 - 4:34, Round 2 - 5:12, Round 3- 5: 30

    I really tried to move through this. I did all KB unbroken and was pleasantly surprised. 70# for reps like that is usually very tough for me.

    So far a good week for me.

    4:07, 4:30. My biggest problem is when I have to finish a set with some form of rowing. I can never maintain a respectable pace.

  5. 225 today. I think old is 245-260 not sure. Failed at 250 today.

  8. A- 130 (old), 130 (today). Would like to retest this again as I would hope its higher since I do reps at 125 without too, too much trouble.

    B- 5:19, 5:21, 519. Happy with the row and KBs, burpees can be faster.
