A. Every 90 seconds x 12 minutes - Snatch
65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 90, 95 - percentages
B. Every 90 seconds x 12 minutes - C&J
65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 85, 85, 90 - percentages
C. Every 30 seconds x 10 minutes - Back Squat
2 reps @ 55% of Max (SPEED)

10 TNG C&J 135/95
30 seconds double unders
30 seconds burpees
rest 5 minutes x 5

    A)155, 165, 175, 190, 200, 210, 210 225 (missed behind)
    B) did them all as power jerks. 200, 215, 230, 245, 260, 260, 260(missed power jerk), 275(missed power jerk)

    Didn't wanna cause anymore pain to my hand so did:
    10 strict deficit HSPU(55lb plates)
    30 seconds DU (unbroken)
    30 seconds burpees
    x5 (3 minute rest)

  2. Finally feeling better. Stomach bug is gone.

    A. Snatches at 120, 129, 138, 148, 157, 166, 166, 175 (Hit all. Failed 175 and hit 2nd attempt and felt good)
    B. CnJ at 155, 168, 180, 192, 205, 205, 205, 215 (Hit all and felt good)
    C. Back squat clusters at 195.
    D. 1) 1:35, 2) 1:35 3) 1:33, 4) 1:33, 5) 1:39
    All CnJ were unbroken. Last set felt a little wobbly. Didn't count how many DU I got per round and I got 9 burpees per round.

    B. worked up to 165. Missed the jerk at 2 attempts at 165.
    C. All tng c&j hard to track numbers and time
