    I've played competitive sports my entire life, HS, college, intramural...yet I've never experienced the ups and downs I've been experiencing since we started comp training. One day I'm flying high, the next day I'm humbled as shit. Learning experience for sure.

    Lot of work still to be done. Less than 4 months till the Open. Gotta work harder than ever.

  4. Whelp, wasn't quite what I expected. Had to battle through wod 3 and debated whether to finish or not. After getting frustrated and sick, literally, decided to just say eff it and try to get a score up on the board. Had some wine last night but nothing crazy so not sure what that was all about. Excited for what is in store for week 2!

    B: 135 (1 attempt at 7:30) stoked about this.
    C: 18:52. The first 25 OHS took about 7 min. The last set took 3:30. Go figure.
