  1. 21+21... Air squats were way. too. slow. Thats what got me hands down. Going on round 18 I couldn't keep my elbows into my body anymore on pushups, but once I bowed them out I was able to do sets of 10 rather then 6/4 or 7/3.

    Right before I left for the gym Coopers ashes were delivered to the house, so I wasn't in the right mindset and a bit of a mess walking into the gym. Would like to test this again soon when my minds in the right place.

  2. 21+15 air squats were also what slowed me down. Yesterday I came out too hot, today tried to pace and overdid it. Ill find that sweet spot eventually

  3. 19+15 - Push ups caught up with me in the later rounds... These really slowed me down.

    -This is the best my butterfly pull ups have felt.
    -Push ups caught up to me in the later rounds as well.

    Up 3 round and 12 reps.
    Push ups were my biggest downfall. Need to work on those big time!
