3:27….PR by 1:03….I should be happy with the improvement, but it just didn't feel good. My clean and jerks feel really inefficient for higher reps. This is mostly due to the fact that I am a moron when it comes to my jerks (or lack of a jerk). One more thing to add to the list of things to work on :)
2:05....goal at beginning of the year was sub 2:30 so I'm happy with that. However, this being my first rx grace in 2 years, I didn't plan my reps properly. I need to be sub 2. Oh well, learn and move on.
2:54 RX (PR by 0:53). Goal was sub 3 so I'm happy with this but next time I have to do a better warm up BC I started to cramp way too early on.

ReplyDelete3:40. First time doing Grace. My wrist is not 100% but I was able to work with it.
