B. Banded Deadlift 10 x 1 @ 60% of 1RM (same band as last week) rest 20 seconds

    B. 185 with blue band
    C. Three sets done….was getting too late to do the 4th. The clock kept resetting, so don't know exact times but think it was around 12ish and 13ish minutes a round. 20 pound wall balls were awful. Butterflied my pull ups, they were not great….I NEED to get better at these. Everything else felt good.

    Completed 4 rounds. Had trouble with the clock so no time recorded. Major take away for me was my HSPUs are terrible. Haven't got these back since I came back.

    C: I really struggled with this workout. I still cannot do RX HSPU which is really frustrating, so I did them all with 1 ab mat and they still took 4-6 minutes every round.
