    Only thing I think I could have done better was finish the PPs all the way until the clock stopped on the 2nd round (did that for the 3rd round). Also maybe a bit faster in my step ups. Yes, I did step ups BC I know myself and I need to take that minute to focus on breathing.

  3. 324 with box jumps mixed with step ups, on the same page as Kate with those guys. Only did this once before and didnt come close to breaking 300. Awesome to see such big progress!

    -Last time I did this was two years ago and got 259.
    -Wall balls are feeling MUCH better than they've ever been.
    -I think I should have picked up the pace more on the SDHP and the push press
    -I was pretty fatigued from the workouts this week and a stressful week of teaching and coaching.

    1st time doing this so I'm happy with my score. However, 5 reps away from 400 is a killer. Could have made up those reps anywhere! It was fun though today. Lots of big scores from everyone.
