B. Clean Pull @ 100% of max clean - 3, 3, 3, 3 rest 2 minutes

Clean Pull - Pause at the 1st pull position for 1-2 seconds, then finish the pull through full hip extension
Hang Clean - Build from last week only if you hit all weights and reps comfortably

    Felt good except last set the holding it for 2 seconds tough
    A2: did 5 for my first 2 sets then went to 4.
    Started on just an ab may then needed to add a thin 10 lb.
    Must build strength!!!
    C: pull at 135
    D: hang cleans today were rough for me.
    These felt much better last week, felt fatigued.
    95-100-100-100-105
    105 only for 2 had nothing left
    ypers felt in hamstrings, a lot ha!

    Ring dips 5 sets of 6 with purple band... Working on building that strength and it's tough ha!!!

    C. Hang Cleans: all at 105 (cleans felt good but last set was tough for squat- legs were shot)

  10. Front squats/hspu - 105/3, 115/3, 125/3, 125/3, 135/3
    All with 2 ab mats (these are a glaring weakness of mine, but was happy to see i could even press myself up at all without a kip)
    Clean Pull @ 175
    Hang Clean - 105, 115, 125, 130 ( pull wasn't a problem, but the squat felt difficult)

  11. A: 175/8 (45+abmat) 185/8 195/5-3 205/8 195/8.
    Hspu are weak. Changed hand positions to make the last 2 sets pretty easy. 205 fs almost failed last rep so scaled back the last set.
    B: 225
    C: 155-165-175-185 all pretty easy
    D 4x10
